Omega 007 — Tim Cowie

A creative collaboration between Beyond Words Studio and Territory resulted in a powerful immersive data experience that celebrated the extraordinary achievements of the Neglected Tropical Diseases prevention programme. Working closely together, Territory transformed Beyond Words' creative concept into an emotive visual narrative in which beautiful flowing and morphing transitions join individual data elements into a powerful story about scale, progress and hope. Projected onto a unique 30m x 5m canvas, the 4 minute animation formed a dynamic backdrop to the milestone Neglected Tropical Diseases Summit 2017 in Geneva. I was brought into the project by Territory to create the music and sound design for the piece. I used a combination of Foley techniques and digital manipulation to match the organic movements of the particles. The brief for the music was to bring the human emotion back into the piece and follow the narrative arc of the different data sets and the positive impacts of the program.

Omega 007 Watch

Territory Studio were approached by Swiss Luxury Watch manufacturer, Omega to create social content to advertise the release of their watch, identical to 007's watch featured in Bond No Time To Die. The brief was to create a short sequence of the stunning features of the timepiece, highlighting the revolutionary components that guarantee the highest standards of performance.

Territory also created the graphics package for Q's Tech in the 25th entry of the iconic James Bond franchise, we were able to deliver bold graphical elements along with that negative space creating a clean, sophisticated look that encapsulates the interface and content in a way that felt right for Bond.

I was commissioned to create the sound design for this animation. Using a combination of synthesised elements and existing sound libraries, I matched every single moving element in the animation with a sound set to create a complex and futuristic soundscape.
