At the end of 2019 I was commissioned to create a piece of music to demonstrate the superior sound quality of Sennheiser’s headphone range.
The music needed to be able to demonstrate the richness, clarity and soundstage of the headphones. I decided to work with a small group of musicians and combine that with my synths and drum machines to give me a broad pallet of sounds.
Another challenge of the project was to produce a piece of music that would feel almost genre-less and accessible to everyone. To do this I looked to cinema and film music to create something that took people on a narrative journey through different musical feelings.
